Back River Bacteria Blitz

A Community Science Pilot Program by Blue Water Baltimore and the Back River Restoration Committee.

Do you have a favorite spot you like to recreate on the water? Learn how pollutants are entering your waterways and collect a sample to be analyzed in Blue Water Baltimore’s community science lab. Results will be shared within 36 hours of collection time.

Please make sure you can attend both events:
Training Day: August 18th 12:30pm-1:30 pm
Collection Day: September 1st 9am-12:30pm
Both events will begin at Cox’s Point Park: 820 Riverside Drive. Essex, MD 21211
